If you are trying to deactivate your sensor, but you don't see a deactivation button, please make sure that you have followed our deactivation guide correctly first.
If the issue persists or if you only see an "Activate" button, it is likely that the sensor was already deactivated or never activated in the first place.
To check whether your sensor was already deactivated, please enter the sensor ID in the search bar on the left side of the IoTUI. If your sensor appears under "Archive" there, your sensor was already deactivated. You can see an example of this in the picture below.
